The Conference Management is responsible for the overall organization and coordination of Baltic Model United Nations. It oversees all teams, defines strategic guidelines, and ensures that the planning, preparation, and execution of the conference run smoothly. The team also serves as the central decision-making and communication body.

The Directors are responsible for the academic and organizational oversight of the committees. They support and supervise the Chairs, ensure academic standards are upheld, and monitor the smooth conduct of committee sessions. Directors also act as points of contact for academic and organizational matters during the conference.

The Conference Staff supports the day-to-day operations of the conference on site. Their responsibilities include assisting participants, coordinating scheduled events, and supporting committees and other teams. They help ensure that all processes run on time and that participants receive assistance whenever needed.

The Catering Staff is responsible for providing meals and refreshments for all participants. The team coordinates meal schedules, break catering, and logistics while ensuring reliability, hygiene, and smooth service throughout the conference.

The Technical Staff ensures the reliable operation of all technical systems during the conference. This includes audio and presentation equipment, digital platforms, and technical support in committee rooms. The team provides immediate assistance in case of technical issues.

It reports on committee sessions, produces articles, interviews, and visual content, and reflects the work of the delegates in a realistic and professional manner.
